I am writing this letter of reference for the A.J. Waterproofing. A.J. Waterproofing has completed many projects on our campus, most recently a large project of installing a 400 l.f. French drain to help correct a substantial mold problem in the basement of one of our buildings on campus. A.J. Waterproofing took the initiative to not only install the drain, but to completely sanitize the area with specialty products and to make safe the damaged area. This went over and above their specified duties.
